About Betlyzer

Betlyzer is an early-stage technology company developing AI-powered software that automates digital marketing and content creation for the sports iGaming industry.

We work across computer vision, generative AI, and video generation to build products that can create and distribute social media content at scale.

Our first product, Betlyzer Creator, combines realistic AI avatars, generative models, and sports content to automatically produce social media videos and generate qualified traffic for operators and companies across the industry.

Betlyzer was founded in partnership with Hub Affiliations, an established iGaming affiliate marketing company that contributes commercial expertise, market knowledge, and an established network of industry partners.

The Role

We are looking for an entry-level Community Manager who understands sports, social media, and the iGaming audience.

You will join a small, fast-moving team and take ownership of Betlyzer's day-to-day editorial and community operations across TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram.

Your first focus will be Italian-language content for existing customers. As Betlyzer expands through new commercial partnerships in Portugal, Brazil, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, you will help us adapt content and community strategies for international audiences.

This is a hands-on role. You will learn to use Betlyzer Creator and Betlyzer Convert, turn the sports calendar into timely content, publish across multiple channels, and use performance data to improve what we create next.

Responsibilities

Follow Serie A and the major European soccer leagues, monitor the daily sports conversation, and identify topics with strong viral potential.
Build and maintain a six-day editorial plan around matches, news, trends, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
Create, adapt, schedule, and publish videos, stories, and posts across TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram.
Learn and operate Betlyzer Creator and Betlyzer Convert as core tools in the content and community workflow.
Manage social accounts and communities, encourage meaningful interaction, and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.
Research bookmakers, betting odds, promotions, and affiliate offers, and use tracking links accurately in published content.
Independently evaluate, write, and publish betting predictions across the assigned Telegram channels.
Ensure content and predictions are accurate, comply with editorial standards and applicable gambling advertising requirements, and promote responsible gambling.
Track and interpret full-funnel KPIs, including reach, engagement, community growth, clicks, registrations, and conversions.
Turn performance data and community feedback into practical recommendations for future content and campaigns.
Use Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to work faster while maintaining a high editorial standard.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level opportunity. Previous professional experience is not required, but you should already be comfortable with the sports, platforms, and workflows at the heart of the role.

You are at least 18 years old.
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
Strong knowledge of soccer, especially Serie A and the major European leagues.
A practical understanding of the gambling industry, including bookmakers, odds, promotions, and affiliate links.
Confidence using TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram for both content and community activity.
Strong general computer skills and practical familiarity with tools such as Canva and Figma.
The ability to plan an editorial calendar and manage several channels, formats, and deadlines at once.
Analytical thinking and the ability to understand KPIs across content, community, traffic, and conversion.
Sound editorial judgment and the confidence to evaluate and publish betting predictions independently.
The ability to communicate clearly, work autonomously, and take responsibility for published content.
Availability for a full-time, six-day schedule with one variable weekly rest day, including weekend shifts.

A university degree is not required. We value sports knowledge, curiosity, reliability, practical ability, and a willingness to learn Betlyzer Creator and Betlyzer Convert.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Fluency in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese.
Knowledge of the NBA, ATP tennis, the Brazilian Série A, the Portuguese Primeira Liga, or additional European soccer leagues.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience managing social accounts or communities through professional, personal, university, volunteer, or independent projects.
Examples of social posts, videos, editorial calendars, or channels you have helped create or manage.
Experience with affiliate marketing, sports media, content creation, or the iGaming industry.

Compensation

The gross annual salary range for this full-time role is €15,000–€20,000, depending on skills and experience.

The role also includes a performance-based bonus. Its structure, targets, and applicable terms will be discussed during the selection process.
